Hello all. Well my New Years was lovely. And now its back to work time. YUCK!!

UFFD each month, well I am looking for some cool backgrounds or Icon relating
in October. MAybe something Halloween? I am trying to make my own, but it

Sad News
The Xena bard Jaybird died this week and his funeral is tomorrow.
Here is a letter from his wife
Jay had Diabetes, which was hard on hm. He loved to write Xena fanfic. Saturday
night, he was at home watching tv and I was in the other room. He made a
groaning and i ran in. His head was lolled so I called 911. They came quickly,
but he was gone. We are doing a cremation then the memorial service will
be at 2 Friday. If anyone would like to the Diabetes Association in his name
he would like that. I would love to hear from anyone with comments on his

Well I am starting to feel somewhat better, thanks to Dr Michelle. Still
have a ways to go, but getting there. My landlord died yesterday. How sad,
she was 91, and thank the gods lived a long life. I went to the wake tonight.
When I told my son he cried for 3 hours. He is so sensitive. I am taking
him the doctor again tomorrow, he is complaining of headaches still since
the accident.

What a scare I had today. My son called me at work to tell me him and my
dad(who watches him for me after school) got into a car accident. He said
he banged his head on the windshield. So what would you do? I ran out of
work like a bat of hell. The impact from the hit broke the window on the
passenger side wear my son was, then he hit his head on the glass as well,
and dented it out. My dad is ok thank god(he is like my best friend), and
my son seems to be ok. When I got there he was playing, but complaining of
a slight headache. He does have a little bump on the top of his head. I called
the doctor and he said as long as he is eating and playing, which he was,
I didnt need to take him to the emergency room. So needless to say I was
releaved, but I am watching him for signs of distress. OMG, I was never sooo
scared. I did get to go to the doctor afterwards. My biopsy came back fine.
I have IBS and spastic colon, he also said that he thinks I have adhesion
around my intestines .So if the pain keeps up I will have to go to a surgeon
and discuss removel. Sorry this all sounds yucky. So if this bothers you
I apologize in advance. He also said I'll have this for the rest of my life.
But I believe Doc Michele, when she says the herbs I am taking will fix me.

LA wins the first game of the championships.
On another sad note, we have another bard who needs prayers. For those of
you who know her, Zeta is very sick. I'll post the email she sent me :
I'm being admitted into a Hospice(name withheld) this afternoon for failure
to thrive hoping they can save my life. I've read a few posts that say I've
lost my will to live, but that's not true. Please pass this along that I
want to live, but I'm very ill and putting this in God's hands right now.
All prayers in the Xenaverse are very much appreciated. Deborah Abbott will
keep you posted or someone from Warrior Lesbian. I don't have a lot of disk
space on my computer so if anyone sends regards, perhaps they could send
them to one of you to pass on to me. Don't believe I even have the strength
to send this. I miss and love you all so very much - my goal is to attend
the Xena convention in January. I'm invoking Xena today.

It's been a while since we have spoke. No, I havent forgotten you, how could
I? I still have the picture in my head when I saw you last. It was just a
few weeks before you were taken from us. You looked wonderful. Sometimes
I feel I am going to wake up and find out this is all a bad dream. No such
luck huh? Well I know you are up there looking down on all of us, watching
us, like what you see? I hope you are not disappointed. What I do know is
that your probably sitting back in a comfy chair, with a drink in hand, taking
a break from the dancing you must be doing. Yes I remember you love to dance.
I remember a lot more than you think. Alot of people here in my internet
world have prayed and are praying for you. You are loved by a lot, and missed
by even more. I have met a lot of new and wonderful people because of you.
Well my friend, I will light a candle for you tonight. And don't forget we

Hello all. Was I missed?? Well I WAS nice and relaxed till I went back to
work. But I guess thats the way the cookie crumbles. My cruise was great!
I swam with the dolphins, went para sailing, etc.. It truly was an amazing
experience.
Well school has started here, and my son is a senior in elementary school.
So if you think I was panicky last year....LOL.
Anyway, as you can see I have redecorated the site again. I was going to
make it all red, white and blue, but decided against it. I think the photo
above is enough. So can you believe it has been 2 years almost? I am going
to update this year on 9/11, unlike last year when I didn't. We will always
remember that horrid day, but life does need to go on. I hope tomorrow everyone
will join me in some prayers for all those people lost, and say an extra
special one for my friend Pam.
